kaHuna massage
KaHuna Massage, also known as Hawaiian Temple Style, is a holistic style of bodywork for the mind, body and spirit. It features long, flowing, rhythmic movements using hands, forearms and elbows that nourish the nervous system and allows the recipient to enter a deeply relaxing state.
The pressure is customised to the needs of your body allowing muscle tension to melt away which may improve range of motion, headaches, pain and discomfort. By entering this state of deep relaxation it is possible for you to tune in to any underlying emotional or energetic blockages that are ready to be released. Regular KaHuna massage is perfect for your ongoing general well being, as well as for those experiencing times of big life changes or uncertainty, grief, anxiety, depression, physical pain or muscular tension. Treatments may also include hands on energy work, and sound healing with the medicine drum.

Remedial massage
Remedial massage is a complementary therapy that aims to treat the muscles and soft tissues of the body. It focuses on rehabiliation to specific areas of the body that have reduced function or mobility, to improve levels of pain, range of motion, promote health and get you back doing the things you love! Sessions include a thorough intake followed by an assesment of your areas of concern. A variety of techniques may be used during your treatment such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching and deep tissue massage. Your session may include focused work on one or two areas of the body only, or be a full body massage depending on your needs.
Special event/mobile massage
Do you have a group holiday, Bridal Shower, Mother blessing/baby shower or some other function that you would like to acknowlegde with the ritual of masssage? Reach out and let’s chat about your vision! Mobile massage is charged at an hourly rate and available for groups of 3 or more people (minimum 3hr booking). Pricing available on application, travel fees may apply. If you have a large group I may be able to co-ordinate additional bodyworkers to attend also.
I also offer to travel to you for small group Integrative Pelvic Health sessions - either once off or book a series of gatherings. Reach out to me directly to chat about your vision! Minimum 3 people and allow 3hrs for your event.
